Returns
Timeframe:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this window.
Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of certain items, including lingerie, underwear, earrings, or swimwear where hygiene seals have been broken.

Refunds
Approval process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
Method:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Delayed refunds:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Defective or incorrect items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@dreambeamprojector.com. We will replace the item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Cancellations:
Because our system processes orders quickly, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
